Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Code Sparker's website (codesparker.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Code Sparker provides the following services:

Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion
- •Respond to communications in a timely manner
- •Provide necessary access to systems, accounts, and materials as needed
- •Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- •Ensure you have the right to use any materials provided to us
Payment Terms
- •Payment terms will be specified in individual project proposals or contracts
- •A deposit may be required before work commences
- •Late payments may incur additional fees
- •All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- •Prices are subject to change with prior notice
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. However, Code Sparker retains the right to:
- •Use generic code, templates, and frameworks in other projects
- •Showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless confidentiality is agreed)
- •Retain ownership of proprietary tools and methodologies
Limitation of Liability
Code Sparker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project. Termination terms specific to each project will be outlined in the project contract.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
